Your photos do not have to be professionally taken, however, they should be taken within the last 12 months and be only of you. Your entry photos will not be used in judging if you are selected, but we will use your headshot to go on the website if you are selected.

 

Take care to answer all the questions in the form as incomplete forms will not be considered for shortlisting. Treat this like a job application. By completing the form you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of entry.
